La gouvernance des fédérations sportives. Proposition d'un cadre d'analyse et d'action

Abstract

Sports federations are structured, during the twentieth century, adapting to their cultural, economic, social and political environment. Their values, their modus operandi, the diversity of their stakeholders make federations as singular organizations. Are they governed with the same singularity? The analysis is based on the concept of governance and models borrowed from the theories of organizational configurations and change. Focusing on little studied phenomena, it opens up new avenues of understanding and intervention.
