L'émotion et la prise de décision

Each one has his own interests. Manage those interests and find a common decision is a complex process. According to this fact, this paper considers emotions as part of decision making. Indeed, numerous of neurologists demonstrate that emotions are implicated in certain aspects of decision making (Damasio, 2003). Because one of the specificity of emotions is to be contagious, it could be considered to facilitate a common decision making. To pursue this aim, the paper first describes the role of emotions in decision making, in a neurological, psychological and managerial point of view, secondly and according to its emotional aspect, tends to show how decision making could be contagious and irrational.
