Les logiques d'évolution des entreprises de biotechnologie

Abstract

This empirical study based upon 110 interviews carried out inside biotechnology enterprises sets up an analysis concerning the couple knowledge creativeness/ruling logics in the firms of high technology. It results in featuring three development modes: ?pre-entrepreneurship?, ?entrepreneurship? and ?managerial? in biotechnology enterprises the development of which would be outstanded by two ruptures: a teleological one and a challenge toward creativity.
