Les transformations des conditions de travail des ouvriers

Abstract

The working conditions in the industrial sector have changed over the last 30 years. Because of restructuring and downsizing, many unskilled manual workers have been put out of work. Nowadays, industrial workers have to be more skilled and autonomous to cope with an ever demanding job as in the past, but in a new way. We propose here a short synthesis of studies about these new working conditions.
