Abstract

The purpose of this article is to discuss the consequences of creation of an organ market in terms of economic efficiency. By economic efficiency, we mean: the capacity of prices to eliminate organ penury and the organizational pertinence of organ market. We will underline that, whatever the form; the efficiency of organ market is not obvious. Classification JEL : I11, A13, L13
