Limites de l’émergence au Brésil et désindustrialisation : un scénario explicatif de la crise ?

Abstract

Studying the mechanisms of growth period that led to Brazil being ranked as an emerging economy in the early 2000s shows their ambivalent character, as they bring vulnerability with them. While the global economic situation has enabled the share of primary products in the country?s exports to increase, it seems that the deindustrialization of the economy is a result of long-term structural trends, thus begging the question of the consistency of the productive system.
