Abstract

This article presents a collective organizational scheme experimented to commercialize a technology conceived by an academic research laboratory. The literature on exploration partnerships has demonstrated that the coordination and the cohesion are difficult in these groups because of a lack of well-defined applications for the studied concept and because there is yet no market. The mapping presented in the article helps facilitate the cooperation by guiding the exploration trajectory of the partnership. This organizational scheme designed to initiate a first exploration partnership aims at strengthening its cohesion by the introduction of a conative dimension. JEL Codes : O31, O32
