Metode de evaluare a muncii în bibliotecă

Abstract

Evaluarea performanţelor reprezintă una din funcţiile principale ale procesului managerial. Managerii de biblioteci au adoptat cu întârziere instrumentele şi tehnicile manageriale (în special instrumentarul de evaluare) utilizate pe scară mare în alte profesii. Deşi nu există proceduri standard pentru evaluarea muncii în bibliotecă aceştia au la dispoziţie o varietate de astfel de metode. Din păcate ele nu sunt cunoscute şi în consecinţă nu sunt folosite. Articolul descrie câteva dintre cele mai utilizate metode de apreciere a muncii în general dar care pot fi adoptate şi de biblioteci.
