Systém hodnotenia hospodárskych diplomatov vo vybraných krajinách

Abstract

Hlavné kritériá hodnotenia efektívnosti práce vyslaných obchodno-ekonomických diplomatov v zahraničí, ktoré na nich uplatňuje ústredie t.j. vysielajúci subjekt (ministerstvo) danej krajiny sú v určitých smeroch spoločné. Rozdielnosti sa prejavujú hlavne v pohľade na komercionalizovanie činnosti obchodných diplomatov, čo je však do istej miery v rozpore s Viedenskou konvenciou o diplomatických stykoch, ktorá komerčné aktivity zastupiteľských úradov zakazuje. Toto je podmienené aj tou skutočnosťou, že zastupiteľské úrady cudzích štátov sú oslobodené od daní v hosťujúcej krajine.
