Tvorba stratégie SR v regionálnej politike

Abstract

Politiky EÚ, medzi ktoré patrí aj regionálna politika sa koncipujú v nadväznosti na viacročné rozpočtovanie v rámci tzv. programovacích období. V súčasnosti sa aktuálne programovacie obdobie pre roky 2000-2006 už končí. Najbližšie programovacie obdobie čaká EÚ a jej členské štáty v rokoch 2007-2013. Slovenská republika sa zapojila do čerpania zdrojov pre regionálnu politiku po svojom vstupe do EÚ v roku 2004. Pre toto prvé obdobie čerpania fondov je príznačná tvorba vhodných administratívnych kapacít, inštitucionálnych štruktúr a nevyhnutných dokumentov na národnej ako i regionálnej úrovni, potrebných pre implementáciu dokumentov Európskej únie v rámci kapitoly 21 – regionálna politika a koordinácia štruktúry nástrojov na čerpanie európskych štrukturálnych fondov.
