Sociálne aspekty trvalo udržateľného rozvoja v kontexte politík Európskych spoločenstiev

Abstract

Článok sa zaoberá vývojom pojmu trvalej udržateľnosti a vymedzením sociálnej dimenzie trvalo udržateľného rozvoja (TUR). Uvádza základné a nevyhnutné požiadavky pre dosiahnutie trvalej udržateľnosti a akú pozíciu v nich zastávajú sociálne aspekty a zároveň predostiera ich adaptovanú štruktúru. Analyzuje súvislosti medzi pojmami sociálny rozvoj, spoločenské blaho a sociálny kapitál a ukazuje, ako sa tieto pojmy vzťahujú k základným cieľovým oblastiam sociálnych aspektov TUR. Skúma prvky nedostatočného sociálneho rozvoja ako napr. chudobu, sociálnu exklúziu a nedostatok prístupu k zdrojom a načrtáva vzájomné vzťahy medzi nimi, spolu s adresovaním kľúčových výziev, ktoré stoja pred transformujúcimi sa krajinami vo vzťahu k sociálnym aspektom TUR. Na záver analyzuje, ako je sociálny rozmer TUR implementovaný do politík Európskych spoločenstiev.
