Vládnutí V Době Evropské Integrace (Reflexe Současné Podoby Multilevel Governance)

Abstract

Následující studie se zabývá konceptuálním uchopením současných modelů vládnutí, které považuje za výsledky změn, které ve veřejném sektoru startovali od 80. let. V důsledku zesílení globalizačních a integračních tlaků bylo možné pozorovat zásadní změny v organizaci veřejné sféry a to jak v národních státech, tak i EU jako instituci. Pozornost je zaměřena na posun od teorie government ke governance a osvětlení pojmu multilevel governance jako vládnutí na horizontální i vertikální úrovni. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány na případ EU jako instituce a jejího trojrovinného pojetí.
