Otázka protiraketovej obrany vo vzťahoch medzi NATO a Ruskou federáciou

Abstract

Predmetom článku je stručná analýza otázky protiraketovej obrany v rámci vzťahov medzi NATO a Ruskou federáciou. Tento, v súčasnosti jeden z najaktuálnejších kontroverzných problémov vo vzťahoch medzi danými aktérmi je v prvej časti článku načrtnutý na teoretickej báze teórie hier a hry s nulovým súčtom. Druhá časť článku sa venuje historickej analýze skúmanej otázky, prostredníctvom ktorej v závere prichádzame s návrhmi riešenia súčasnej stagnácie v riešení tohto problému. Kľúčový význam v danom procese nachádzame predovšetkým v paralelách medzi protiraketovou obranou a riešením otázky vesmírnej spolupráce počas studenej vojny.
