GEOPOLITICKÉ ASPEKTY NOVEJ HODVÁBNEJ CESTY V LATINSKEJ AMERIKE 3. časť

Abstract

Bioceánska železnica má potenciál zblížiť dva konkurenčné ekonomické bloky – Mercosur a Pacifickú alianciu a tým napomôcť integrácii celého kontinentu. Zahrnutie tejto železnice do Novej hodvábnej cesty je podmienené uspokojivým napredovaním jej realizácie. Nikaragujský prieplav môže poskytnúť krajinám BRICS na Spojených štátoch nezávislú cestu presunu lodí medzi Tichým a Atlantickým oceánom. Myslím si, že jeho oficiálne zahrnutie do Novej hodvábnej cesty je podmienené nadviazaním diplomatických vzťahov medzi Čínou a Nikaraguou.
