Vybrané Špecifiká A Súčasné Postavenie Islamského Finančného Sektora

Abstract

Článok sa zaoberá charakteristikou súčasného postavenia a špecifík islamského bankového a finančného sektora. Prvá časť príspevku je venovaná vybraným špecifickým zásadám fungovania finančného sektora a investovania z pohľadu islamského práva šaría. Pozornosť je venovaná hlavne charakteristike povinnosti platiť zakát a zákazu riba. Druhá časť sa venuje súčasnému postaveniu islamského finančného sektora a to z regionálneho hľadiska, celkového množstva aktív v súlade so šaríou, množstva islamských finančných inštitúcií, postavenia islamských cenných papierov a skupiny islamských indexov.
