Abstract

Change has always been a challenge for society. Over the years, analysing the cosequences of change, people have tried to tip the balance in benefits and progresses favor, reducing this way the risks and dangers. The theme of change in the organizational field is current, as there are many changes and reforms in society, this happens in romanian educational area too. The ability to adapt of the human resources involved in the process of change,has become a fundamental condition for success, no matter the area, and in more and more cases, a condition for survival. In the current global context, changes that take place in the social and educational area require day by day a rethink of the educational approach, in accordance with the necessity to find new strategies and resources to create the premises of a trained, free person, able to adapt easily in a changing society.
