Abstract

In this publication the author describes a brief history of the business and analyzing the situation in the SME segment of Moldavian business, identify problems and propose some solutions. The economic development of society largely depends of economic successes of the business units on and the entities’ development depend on of business environment existing in the country (favorable or unfavorable).
