Die Partizipation der Ressource Mitglied in gemeinwesenorientierten Genossenschaften

Abstract

Heutzutage werden Genossenschaften (e.G.) als geeignete Organisationsform von menschgetragenen Bewegungen wahrgenommen, was u. a. in Form der gestiegenen e.G. Gründungen im Gemeinwesen deutlich wird. Verglichen mit e.G. in klassischen Sparten sind diese e.G. überwiegend von heterogenen Mitgliederstrukturen gekennzeichnet. Heterogenität hat Vorteile und wird als Ressource betrachtet. Im Sommer 2017 wurde in gemeinwesenorientierten e.G. eine quantitative Onlinebefragung von Organvertretern und Mitgliedern durchgeführt. Die operative Voraussetzung, um Wissen und Fähigkeiten der Ressource Mitglied in die e.G. einbinden zu können, ist gegeben. Jedoch kann nicht bestätigt werden, dass das partizipierende Mitglied als potentielle Ressource verstanden wird.
