Gebührenfragen im grenzüberschreitenden Überweisungsverkehr

Abstract

Die EG-Kommission ist in einer Studie zu Transparenz und Leistungen bei grenzüberschreitenden Zahlungen (auszugsweise abgedruckt in diesem Heft, S. 275) zu sehr kritischen Ergebnissen gekommen. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für die dem Bankkunden bei den Überweisungen berechneten Gebühren. Aus diesem aktuellen Anlaß unternimmt der Verfasser dm Versuch, einige der wichtigsten Rechtsfragen zu den Gebühren bei Auslandsüberweisungen in einem systematischen Zusammenhang zu erörtern.
