Abstract

Dieser Beitrag will im Anschluss an den Bericht aus Brüssel aus dem vergangenen Jahr eine Übersicht über den Verfahrens- und Sachstand der in der vergangenen Legislaturperiode gemachten Gesetzgebungsvorschläge im Bankrecht/Kapitalmarktrecht auf EU-Ebene geben und versuchen, einen ersten Ausblick auf die Aktivitäten der neuen Kommission auf diesem Feld zu wagen.
