Abstract

Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien (IKT) werden von Kultureinrichtungen im ländlichen Raum noch kaum touristisch eingesetzt. Bisher fehlt in der Forschung jedoch die Einbettung in einen ressourcentheoretischen Kontext. Aus bereits genutzten theoretischen Ansätzen wurde deshalb ein eigenes System von Ressourcenkategorien abgeleitet, mithilfe dessen im Rahmen von 30 Interviews analysiert wurde, welche Ressourcenausstattung notwendig ist, damit Kultureinrichtungen im ländlichen Raum IKT touristisch einsetzen. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass nicht nur finanzielle und personelle Mittel, sondern auch das Wissen und die Fähigkeiten der MitarbeiterInnen sowie interorganisationale Möglichkeiten wichtige Voraussetzungen darstellen. Den Einrichtungen werden daher u. a. die Entwicklung einer digitalen Denkweise und zusätzliche Qualifizierungen im Bereich der Digitalisierung empfohlen.
