Abstract

Der Beitrag vermittelt einen differenzierten Überblick über verfestigte Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit, über verschiedene Strukturmerkmale der Betroffenen sowie deren regionale Verteilung. Fokussiert werden dabei Arbeitslose in Nordrhein-Westfalen, deren Erwerbsbiografien in den vergangenen Jahren von sehr langer Arbeitslosigkeit und sehr kurzen Beschäftigungsepisoden geprägt waren. Neben Entwicklungen im Bestand werden dabei auch Übergänge in Beschäftigung von Arbeitslosen mit unterschiedlichen Dauern kumulierter Arbeitslosigkeit sowie die Dauer dieser Beschäftigungsverhältnisse betrachtet.
