Quo vadis Wissensmanagement?

Abstract

Wissen als Quelle künftiger Prosperität gilt vielen Unternehmen als großer Hoffnungsschimmer. Repräsentative Studien zur Einführung von Wissensmanagement in Deutschland gibt es bisher nicht. Viele Fallstudien beschränken sich auf einzelne Bereiche (z.B. Branchen). In der vorliegenden Literaturstudie stehen aktuelle Entwicklungen bei der Einführung von Wissensmanagement in Unternehmen im Mittelpunkt. Nach einer kurzen Erläuterung der Begriffe des Wissens werden die Konzepte des Wissensmanagements und die theoretischen Hintergründe der Modelle des Wissensmanagements aufgezeigt. Schließlich werden einige Probleme in der Praxis und drei aktuelle Trends exemplarisch präsentiert und diskutiert.
