Abstract

The impact of factors influencing employment/reemployment probability for registered unemployed people in Romania is analyzed using multinomial logistic regression. The empirical analysis is based on a nationally representative dataset of 1851288 completed unemployment spells gathered from the National Agency of Employment Romania for the period January 1st 2008 - December 31st 2010.
