Journal of the ASIS vs. Nachrichten für Dokumentation: A Comparative Analysis of Citations

Author

  • Hans Wellisch

Abstract

An article with this title appeared in the April 1979 issue of Nachrichten für Dokumentation (NfD) [1]. It is a revised and condensed version of the equivalent of a Master's thesis, written by Otto‐Hermann Eisenhardt at the Lehrinstitut für Dokumentation in Frankfurt am Main. For the benefit of readers of this journal not fluent in German, it was thought useful to provide a summary of the findings and to evaluate them. A related article was recently published in JASIS [2].
