Abstract

Các bến container thuộc nhóm cảng số 4 đang thực hiện chuyển đổi số. Nghiên cứu làm sáng tỏ liệu các nội dung số hoá quy trình cung cấp dịch vụ của các cảng này có đáp ứng nhu cầu các bên trong chuỗi cung ứng vận tải. Bài báo xem xét và phân tích mối quan hệ giữa mức độ phức tạp và khả năng tương thích của công nghệ đến việc sử dụng liên tục cảng container thông qua mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ mở rộng. Nghiên cứu chủ yếu sử dụng kỹ thuật phân tích mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính. Đối tượng khảo sát từ 222 đáp viên là các bên trong chuỗi cung ứng vận tải, gồm: hãng tàu, công ty giao nhận, công ty cung ứng dịch vụ logistics và công ty vận tải đường bộ tại khu vực Đông Nam Bộ. Tính phức tạp và tương thích của công nghệ có tác động đáng kể đến việc tiếp tục sử dụng cảng. Ban quản lý các cảng container nên xem xét phát triển công nghệ và hệ thống vận hành với mức độ phức tạp phù hợp và theo nhu cầu của các bên trong chuỗi cung ứng vận tải. Bài báo này góp phần mở rộng và làm phong phú mô hình TAM về vấn đề số hoá cảng container.
