Abstract

The boundary between work and personal life is narrowing. Many companies recognize the necessity of work-life balance, and the high risk of losing employees if they do not satisfy the flexible needs of their employees. The study was conducted from April to August 2020 through 02 interviews with 02 groups of experts (managers and staff), and an online survey with 300 respondents who are working in the service industry. The study results show that the work-life balance affects organizational pride, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees. In addition, there are at least 02 factors which affect the work-life balance, they are job autonomy and supervisor work-life balance support.
