Abstract

The article focuses on the issue of strategic adaptation in the digital era and the utilization of digital tools to achieve sustainable success. The authors analyze the current economic environment, influenced by the pandemic and military conflicts, and demonstrate how these factors increase the relevance of strategic adaptation and digital transformation of business structures. The aim of the article is to research and analyze the role of digital tools in the strategic adaptation of enterprises to meet the demands of the digital era, ensuring sustainable success. The article aims to determine the importance of using digital instruments, assess their impact on the effectiveness of strategic adaptation, and identify best practices for achieving sustainable success in the digital era. The article discusses the advantages of utilizing digital tools in the context of strategic adaptation, including their influence on enhancing efficiency, fostering innovation, and improving the competitiveness of enterprises. It also highlights strategic challenges associated with the implementation of digital tools, such as cultural transformation, workforce changes, and cybersecurity. Based on the research findings, the authors provide practical recommendations and strategies for the effective implementation of digital tools in the strategic adaptation of enterprises. These recommendations aim to establish best practices and enable the successful implementation of strategies in the digital era. The conclusions emphasize the importance of understanding strategic adaptation in the digital era and utilizing digital tools to ensure the sustainable success of enterprises. The authors call for further research and the development of digital strategies to support competitiveness and economic recovery in the face of contemporary challenges.
