Abstract

Strategic management and strategic planning are elements of enterprise management that play a major role in overcoming crisis situations and constantly work in conjunction and complement each other. Strategic management is a complex process aimed at implementing a strategy, and planning is an analysis of the current situation and determination of the next step on the way to the goal. Although war does not quite fall under the standards of crisis situations, in most scientific works on strategic management it is classified as one. War conditions affect all spheres of enterprise activity. Such conditions are called crisis phenomena in strategic management. A crisis management strategy is a plan of action designed to help an organization deal with a sudden, unexpected event that could damage the business. The article deals with practical advice and algorithms of actions of the head of the enterprise to stabilize and protect the enterprise facing a crisis. Personnel training is an element of personnel management designed to increase the level of their readiness for the conditions of running an enterprise in wartime conditions. Employees are the first line of defense in a crisis situation. That’s why it’s important to teach them your plan and make sure they know what to do in an emergency. After a crisis situation, it is important to take some time to assess what happened and how the team handled the crisis. Competent management allows you to block serious consequences that can lead the company to a crisis or even bankruptcy. The conclusion of the work was that a sustainable crisis management strategy can adapt and respond to any situation. It is important to have a team that is ready for anything, and this is the task of a well-constructed strategy.
