Abstract

The article examines the prerequisites for building processes for the implementation of process-oriented quality management at the enterprise. Based on the analysis, it was established that the current state of quality management requires the implementation of a process approach to build a process-oriented quality management system taking into account the existing organizational structure of the enterprise, as well as performance indicators and process efficiency.
