Abstract

Prerequisites for favorable business development, the establishment of confidence in the financial statements of the enterprise by its users, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise can be formed in the presence of internal control. This statement is substantiated by the fact that with a rationally organized team of internal control in the enterprise management system it becomes possible to identify problematic aspects of the company, identify deviations from regulations, search for reserves for the use of resources spent in the business entity. In addition, there is an unconditional increase in the quality and efficiency of production areas of the enterprise, its structural units (including financial), services and branches, which also creates a basis for trusting relationships with creditors and attracting investment. Sustainability of tour operators is the basis for the stability of the tourism sector. In recent years, the crisis in the tourism industry, which has manifested itself in a series of bankruptcies of major tour operators, has become apparent due to the large number of tourists affected, and this, in turn, has caused a great resonance in society. Creation and promotion of tourist products is realized by private business. In the case of a market economy, the organization of internal control in the management system of the tourism business is an additional tool to ensure the stability of financial and economic activities. The need to create a system of internal control in the business entity in world practice is recognized as an objective necessity for the effective functioning of business, which gives confidence in the correctness and appropriateness of management decisions in achieving goals and objectives, including maximum profitability and effective and timely overcoming of crisis phenomena.
