Muhasebe Meslek Mensuplarının KÜMİ FRS’ye İlişkin Algı Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi Elazığ İli Örneği

Abstract

KÜMİ FRS (Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler İçin Finansal Raporlama Standardı) taslağı, bağımsız denetime tabi olmayan işletmeler için; ihtiyaca uygun ve karşılaştırılabilir bilgi sunumu sağlamak amacı ile KGK tarafından 2019 yılında yayınlanmıştır. Yeni bir standart olan KÜMİ FRS’nin muhasebe meslek mensupları tarafından uygulanacağı düşünüldüğünde, meslek mensuplarının bu standarda ilişkin algılarının incelenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının Küçük ve Mikro İşletmeler için Finansal Raporlama Standardına (KÜMİ FRS) ilişkin algılarının demografik özelliklere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma evreni, Elazığ ilinde bağımsız olarak faaliyet yürüten muhasebe meslek mensuplarıdır. Örneklemi ise, evreni temsil eden rastgele seçilmiş 168 muhasebe meslek mensubu oluşturmaktadır. Anket yöntemi ile elde edilen veriler, SPSS-22 programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan başlıca analizler; betimleyici istatistikler, geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik analizleri, bağımsız t-testi ve tek yönlü (Anova) varyans analizi şeklindedir. Çalışmada, cinsiyete, yaşa, eğitim düzeyine ve KÜMİ FRS uygulamaları hakkındaki bilgi seviyesine göre KÜMİ FRS ve boyutlarının farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın mesleki tecrübe ile KÜMİ FRS ve boyutları arasında bir farklılık olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
