CRITIC Temelli CODAS ve ROV Yöntemleri ile AB Ülkeleri Yasam Kalitesi Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalismada Avrupa Birligi (AB) üye ülkeleri yasam kalitesi analizi çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) tekniklerinden CRITIC, CODAS ve ROV yöntemlerinin kullanimi ile gerçeklestirilmistir. Ülkelere ait yasam kalitesi degerlendirme sürecinde satin alma gücü indeksi, iklim indeksi, yasam maliyeti indeksi, güvenlik indeksi, saglık hizmeti indeksi, emlak fiyatları/gelir oranı, kirlilik indeksi ve trafikte harcanan süre indeksi kriterleri esas alinmiştir. Veriler Numbeo adlı internet sitesinden edinilmis olup, 2020 yılı kasım ayı degerleridir. Kriter agirliklarinin belirlenmesi asamasinda CRITIC yöntemi kullanilmis, yasam kalitesi degerlendirme sürecine ait en fazla önem arz eden kriterin yasam maliyeti indeksi oldugu belirlenmistir. Ülkelerin yasam kalitesi açisindan degerlendirilmesi asamasinda ise CODAS ve ROV yöntemlerinin kullanimi tercih edilmis olup, her iki yöntem ile de yasam kalitesi düzeyinin en yüksek oldugu ülkenin Danimarka oldugu belirlenmistir. Bu sonuç Danimarka’nin yasam maliyeti indeksi degerinin minimum olmasi ile örtüsmektedir. Yine her iki yöntem ile elde edilen sonuçlar yasam kalitesi düzeyinin en düsük oldugu ülkenin Yunanistan olduguna isaret etmektedir.
