Istorija Razvoja Makroekonomskog Modela Filipsove Krive (The History Of The Development Of The Phillips Macroeconomic Model)

Abstract

Koncept Filipsove krive datira još iz 1958. godine, kada je A. W. Philips dokazao inverzan odnos između stope nezaposlenosti i stope promjene novčanih nadnica na primjeru Velike Britanije. Nakon toga se veliki broj istaknutih ekonomista, kao što su Solow, Samuelson, Friedman, Lipsey i drugi, bavio istraživanjem ovog fenomena, koji je i danas relevantna tema. Kao dokaz aktuelnosti ovog teorijskog koncepta jeste i činjenica da ne postoji udžbenik iz oblasti makroekonomije, pa ni monetarne ekonomije, a da u svoj sadržaj ne uključuje Filipsovu krivu. Tokom 60-tih i 70-tih godina XX vijeka Filipsova kriva je predstavljala popularan instrument ekonomske politike. Iako tokom perioda stagflacije i šokova agregatne ponude, inverzan odnos između stope inflacije i stope nezaposlenosti nije postojao, događaji tokom 80-tih i 90-tih godina kao i kriza 2008. godine, aktuelizovali su ponovna razmatranja ovog teorijskog koncepta. S obzirom na to da je pojavljivanje i nestajanje inverznog odnosa između stope inflacije i stope nezaposlenosti nemoguće predvidjeti, sprovode se konstantna empirijska istraživanja koja testiraju validnost Filipsove krive u savremenim privredama. Svrha ovog rada jeste upoznavanje sa razvojem i nastankom ideje o inverznom odnosu stope inflacije i stope nezaposlenosti koji je predstavljen kroz model Filipsove krive, kao i uticajem ekonomskih politika na modifikaciju odnosa između pomenutih makroekonomskih indikatora.
