Veštačka Inteligencija: Kontrola Podataka, Tržište I Demokratija (Artificial Intelligence: Data Control, Market And Democracy)

Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je da razmotri uticaj primene veštačke inteligencije na potrošače, tržišne uslove, koji mogu da se menjaju primenom ove tehnologije, i uticaj na demokratiju i političke procese u društvu. Sa razvojem ,,digitalnog“ društva prikupljanje podataka postaje posebno važno, dok se veštom manipulacijom tih podataka može uticati na percepciju potrošača o proizvodima, vršiti diskriminacija cena, uticati na demoktarske institucije, povećavati polarizacija u dtrušvu, narušavati sloboda i privatnost pojedinaca. Svi ovi problemi koji nastaju kao posledica primene veštačke inteligencije ne ukazuju na imanentno negativnu stranu veštačke inteligencije, već na problem odluke kako će se ova inteligencija koristiti. Savremeni politički, ekonomski i društveni poredak biće narušeni nekontrolisanom upotrebom veštačke inteligencije, pošto ona više ne predstavlja samo instrument u razvoju tehnologije već ima i mogućnost preuzimanja kontrole i vlasti.
