Industrija 4.0 U Kontekstu Upravljanja Odnosima U Lancu Snabdevanja (Industry 4.0 In Context Of Relation Management In Supply Chain)

Abstract

Četvrta industrijska revolucija bazira se na inovativnim tehnološkim rešenjima čija implementacija u sferi privrede doprinosi evoluciji poslovanja. Kontinuirana digitalizacija poslovnih funkcija i procesa u različitim privrednim delatnostima utiče na donosioce odluka da na proaktivan i strateški način sagledaju mogućnosti inovativnih rešenja i vodeći se cost-benefit analizom donesu blagovremeno ispravne odluke. Pioniri prihvatanja tehnoloških inovacija u poslovnim procesima su kompanije koje posluju u oblasti lanca snabdevanja. Neminovno, implementacija digitalnih rešenja u poslovanju utiče na reevaluaciju konkurentske pozicije kompanije u lancu. Ovaj rad ukazaće na efekte implementacije glavnih tehnoloških reprezenata Industrije 4.0, posledično redefinisanje pozicija u odnosima ključnih aktera u lancu i pravce delovanja tržišnih aktera u cilju podizanja nivoa integracije, efikasnosti i konkurentske prednosti. Cilj rada usmeren je na identifikaciju mogućnosti i šansi koje donosi Industrija 4.0 kao i uticaj digitalizacije poslovanja na menadžment odnosa u lancu snabdevanja.
