Da Li Banke Rešavanjem Problematičnih Kredita Doprinose Boljim Makroekonomskim Performansama? (Do Banks Contribute To Better Macroeconomic Performance By Resolving Non-Performing Loans?)

Abstract

Banke imaju jake razloge da aktivno rešavaju problematične kredite: zbog veće profitabilnosti (dokazana je negativna korelacija između učešća problematičnih u ukupnim kreditima i profitabilnosti na primeru bankarskog sektora Srbije), bolje kapitalizovanosti, višeg rejtinga, bolje alokacije unutrašnjih resursa.... Postoje međutim i razlozi zbog kojih je proces njihovog rešavanja od strane banaka i dalje prilično spor. Ako je nivo problematičnih kredita sistemski preteći, jer se negativno odražava na makroekonomske agregate, tada se uključuje i država u njihovo rešavanje.
