Integração Vertical de Serviços na Indústria de Televisão por Cabo

Abstract

Neste artigo, é efectuada uma revisão acerca das medidas de integração vertical, e dos principais estudos empíricos que versam a relação entre integração vertical e rentabilidade. É ainda proposto um modelo cujo objectivo é estudar os efeitos da integração vertical de actividades físicas (a montante), e da integração de serviços (a jusante) sobre a procura de pacotes de serviços integrados dos operadores de Televisão por Cabo.
