Encuesta sobre Préstamos Bancarios en España: enero de 2023

Abstract

Motivación El presente artículo resume los principales resultados de la Encuesta sobre Préstamos Bancarios, relativos al cuarto trimestre de 2022, y las expectativas para el primer trimestre de 2023. Se analizan también cuestiones sobre las condiciones de acceso a los mercados de financiación y el impacto de otros factores sobre la política crediticia de las entidades colaboradoras. Ideas principales • Según la Encuesta sobre Préstamos Bancarios, durante el cuarto trimestre de 2022 los criterios de concesión de préstamos se endurecieron de forma generalizada en España, por tercer trimestre consecutivo. • La demanda de crédito descendió en los dos segmentos de hogares (adquisición de vivienda, y consumo y otros fines), mientras que la procedente de empresas creció levemente, impulsada por las mayores necesidades de financiar existencias y capital circulante. • Para el primer trimestre de 2023, los bancos anticipan de nuevo una contracción de la oferta y un descenso generalizado de la demanda de crédito.
