Evolución reciente de la financiación y del crédito bancario al sector privado no financiero. Segundo semestre de 2019

Abstract

En la parte final del año 2019, la financiación captada por hogares y por empresas no financieras crecía a ritmos muy moderados, algo inferiores a los registrados en la primera mitad del año. Esta evolución se produjo en un contexto de debilidad de la demanda de fondos y en el que los criterios de concesión de los préstamos bancarios se habrían endurecido ligeramente, si bien el coste del crédito volvió a disminuir, en línea con la orientación más acomodaticia de la política monetaria. Por su parte, la cartera de préstamos de las entidades de depósito siguió contrayéndose, aunque a un ritmo más moderado, al tiempo que continuó mejorando su calidad media, con reducciones adicionales de la tasa de morosidad y de los activos adjudicados.
