La evolución de la deuda pública en España en 2018

Abstract

Esta nota analiza la situación de la deuda de las Administraciones Públicas españolas en el año 2018. La deuda pública se redujo hasta el 97,1 % del PIB, debido principalmente al elevado crecimiento económico. La vida media de la deuda se situó en siete años y medio, con un peso de los valores del 86,4 % de la deuda total y una mayor participación de las tenencias de los no residentes. Por subsectores, la Administración Central sigue siendo el más endeudado, con un 86,7 % del PIB, si bien la financiación a otros subsectores se ha incrementado hasta 18,9 puntos porcentuales del PIB. Por último, este artículo ofrece una descripción en detalle del proceso de desendeudamiento de las Corporaciones Locales.
