Conectividad para el desarrollo agrícola: una mirada de largo plazo

Abstract

En el presente documento se analiza el impacto de la conectividad vial en el desarrollo y bienestar de los productores de diversos espacios rurales agrícolas. Asimismo, identifica brechas de infraestructura y proporciona recomendaciones de política pública sobre paquetes integrales de infraestructura, dotación de infraestructura complementaria para suprimir las brechas detectadas y adopción de mecanismos de inversión público-privada. El presente estudio fue ganador del Concurso de Investigación Uso del IV Censo Nacional Agropecuario (CENAGRO) 2012, convocado en diciembre del 2013 por el Consorcio de Investigación Económica y Social (CIES) en coordinación con la FAO y el Ministerio de Agricultura y Riego (MINAGRI).
