Perfiles de proyectos de inversión pública en material ambiental – Tomo IV

Abstract

El Centro de Gobierno José Luis Bustamante y Rivero de la Universidad Católica San Pablo, en asociación con el Consorcio de Investigación Económica y Social (CIES), el acompañamiento técnico del Ministerio del Ambiente y el financiamiento de Global Affaires Canada, presentan el Tomo IV de los Perfiles de Proyectos de Inversión Pública en materia ambiental con mención en Gestión de residuos sólidos, cuya editora académica es la magistrada María Lazo. Este nuevo tomo recoge los trabajos realizados por los alumnos en la cuarta promoción del Diplomado en Gestión Pública, Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales que tuvo lugar en la ciudad de Arequipa y que es parte del componente de formación del proyecto que desarrolla el CIES: Fortalecimiento de la gestión de recursos naturales en regiones clave del Perú — La Libertad, Piura, Loreto, Cuzco y Arequipa. La distribución del libro contempla que cada capítulo presente un proyecto específico, con una estandarización en su distribución interna para facilitar su lectura. Cada capítulo consta de un breve resumen, definición de los aspectos generales, la identificación del problema central, descripción de los componentes, la descripción de la alternativa, conclusiones y el marco lógico de cada proyecto. Esta revista se publicó en el año 2018, gracias al auspicio de Global Affairs Canada (GAC).
