Educación inclusiva: Efectos en el aula sobre los estudiantes sin necesidades educativas especiales

Abstract

El presente estudio busca identificar los efectos de la educación inclusiva en el logro educativo de los estudiantes sin necesidades educativas especiales (NEE). Usando datos oficiales del Ministerio de Educación sobre logros de aprendizaje y características de los estudiantes e instituciones educativas, se implementan regresiones de corte transversal y de panel. Los resultados sugieren que, en promedio, la presencia de estudiantes con NEE tiene un efecto neutro sobre sus pares sin NEE. Sin embargo, parecen existir efectos diferenciados, tanto positivos como negativos, una vez que se desagregan los tipos de NEE. Más datos sobre la educación inclusiva son necesarios para profundizar en el estudio de este tema. De esta manera, se podrá identificar con mayor precisión oportunidades de mejora para implementar estrategias que ayuden a tener una educación inclusiva exitosa.
