Discursos estatales sobre la trata de personas. Un análisis sobre los materiales para la prevención del delito en Perú (2012 – 2022)

Abstract

El Estado peruano viene construyendo materiales de prevención de trata de personas desde hace 11 años, en los cuales se representa y construye discursivamente el delito. La investigación analiza cómo estas representaciones crean discursos acerca de las relaciones de poder, poblaciones vulnerables, derechos y desigualdades vinculadas a la trata de personas. Para ello, se utiliza un marco teórico centrado en la construcción discursiva estatal desde su posición de poder y en la representación construccionista de significados nuevos, con un constante enfoque de género interseccional. Los hallazgos revelan cómo las representaciones estatales invisibilizan, e incluso legitiman, las desigualdades y la falta de agencia de las mujeres, centrándose en la criminalización y el control de sus cuerpos.
