“Aló, tengo un problema”: evaluación de impacto de la Línea 100 del Ministerio de la Mujer y Poblaciones Vulnerables

Abstract

El objetivo central de esta propuesta es evaluar el impacto de dos un combo de mejoras dirigidas a atender dos debilidades centrales de la Línea 100: (1) un nuevo protocolo de atención de llamadas y (2) un programa de tratamiento del estrés laboral para las operadoras (burnout y estrés traumático secundario). Se espera que estas mejoras (tratamientos) impacten en la satisfacción de quienes llaman al servicio, la derivación exitosa de casos (Línea 100-SAU-CEM) y el estrés laboral en las operadoras de este servicio. Dicha evaluación se acompaña del análisis descriptivo de la demanda (perfil de quienes llaman a la Línea 100 y flujo temporal de llamadas) y se complementa con entrevistas a profundidad con las operadoras de la Línea 100. Este estudio se desarrolló como resultado del XXI Concurso Anual de Investigación CIES 2019, con el auspicio del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas.
