¿Más allá de Chancay-Shanghái? Explorando los escenarios para pasar de enclaves mineros a un corredor multipropósito inter-regional

Abstract

El objetivo del presente estudio es explorar las oportunidades y riesgos que pueden surgir en el territorio de influencia del puerto de Chancay y sus redes de conectividad terrestre. A partir de información geo-referenciada de la zona de influencia generada por el puerto de Chancay, mapear corredores económicos que reflejen el potencial económico del territorio. Asimismo, se plantean posibles escenarios para la infraestructura de conectividad a partir de los corredores económicos mapeados y las rutas generadas de los centros productivos activados gracias a la nueva infraestructura de conectividad. Finalmente, realizar un balance de las potenciales oportunidades y riesgos sobre dimensiones productivas, ambientales y sociales de los escenarios de infraestructura de conectividad planteados para el territorio. El estudio corresponde al proyecto de investigación desarrollado en el marco del XXI Concurso Anual de Investigación CIES 2019, que cuenta con el auspicio del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas, el Ministerio de Energía y Minas y la Fundación Manuel J. Bustamante De La Fuente. Este estudio se desarrolló como resultado del XXI Concurso Anual de Investigación CIES 2019, con el auspicio del Ministerio de Energía y Minas y la Fundación Manuel J.
