Corrupción y transparencia. Balance de investigación en políticas públicas 2011-2016 y agenda de investigación 2017-2021

Abstract

Esta investigación forma parte del capítulo 1 del libro Balance de investigación en políticas públicas 2011-2016 y agenda de investigación 2017-2021,El balance muestra un resumen de todos los estudios sobre la corrupción en el Perú, publicados en el periodo 2011-2016, que se han podido identificar, y que en la medida de lo posible se han tratado de contrastar con bibliografía internacional para ubicar los trabajos en un contexto teórico y empírico más amplio. El temario propuesto para una agenda de investigaciones para el periodo 2017-2021, que se expone luego del balance, se deriva de los temas priorizados para la investigación que el CIES recogió en el sector público y el sector privado, de la revisión bibliográfica, de las entrevistas realizadas a 10 expertos y de un taller de validación con representantes del sector público y la sociedad civil. El estudio contó con el financiamiento de Global Affairs Canada (GAC) y el Centro Internacional de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo (IDRC).
