Pobreza, desigualdad y políticas sociales. Balance de Investigación en Políticas Públicas 2011-2016 y Agenda de Investigación 2017-2021

Abstract

Esta investigación forma parte del capítulo 4 del libro Balance de investigación en políticas públicas 2011-2016 y agenda de investigación 2017-2021. El balance presentado pone especial énfasis en lograr, por un lado, la mayor exhaustividad posible en la producción nacional, y por otro, incluye una revisión del conjunto de revistas internacionales. Para ello, se utilizaron herramientas automatizadas de búsqueda en las distintas bases bibliográficas internacionales, incluyendo el repositorio de tesis sustentadas en universidades extranjeras, en particular norteamericanas y peruanas. Luego del barrido bibliográfico, las entrevistas realizadas y el examen de lo logrado respecto a la agenda propuesta por Monge y Campana en el anterior balance, se han identificado varios temas pendientes. Hemos seleccionado aquellos que nos parecen los más relevantes por guardar una relación estrecha con las políticas públicas o por abrir vías prometedoras para otras investigaciones. El estudio contó con el financiamiento de Global Affairs Canada (GAC) y el Centro Internacional de Investigaciones para el Desarrollo (IDRC), por sus siglas en inglés.
