Abstract

En el marco de la ejecución de la Declaración de París sobre la eficacia de la ayuda al desarrollo, se creó el Fondo de Estudios y Consultorías Belga Peruano – FECBP, el cual tiene como objetivo global: fortalecer las capacidades de las instituciones públicas (conocida por el Fondo como socia o beneficiaria) del Perú, permitiendo estrategias de desarrollo y modernización de las instituciones públicas, en apoyo al Programa de Cooperación Belga-Peruano. Este objetivo debe estar alineado a dos sectores priorizados: apoyo a la política de aseguramiento universal en salud; y, desarrollo económico sostenible y gestión estratégica de los recursos naturales. La investigación tiene como objetivo implementar herramientas técnicas para una mejor gestión de la información en la seguridad social de salud en el marco del Aseguramiento Universal en Salud: boletín institucional y glosario de términos de la seguridad social. El estudio contó con el auspicio del Fondo de Estudios y Consultorías Belga Peruano (FECBP), con la participación de la Agencia Peruana de Cooperación Internacional (APCI) y la Cooperación Técnica Belga (CTB).
